Looking for a new Roommate!
Apartment:
The apartment is a first floor duplex in a townhouse. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a giant backyard that's all ours. Previous roommates have planted an amazing garden that pretty much takes care of itself. Hydro plus Internet comes to about $60/month.

Room:
The room is quite large with a big closet. It's on the garden level so it keeps cool in the summer.  The room is quite big to easily fit a queen size bed, dresser and desk and still have room walk around. The room is unfurnished.

Neighborhood:
Carroll Gardens is in the heart of charming south Brooklyn. There's a farmers market every Sunday and tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and yoga studios around. We're only 1 block from the Carroll Street G/F trains and the neighborhood is very bikeable. If you like to run we're about half a mile from the waterfront or a mile and a half to prospect park.

About us:
Two women in our 20s and 30s. One consultant who generally travels Mon-Thurs and is pretty chill on the weekend. I'm a tech startup founder who works a typical 9-6 schedule. I enjoy cooking so our kitchen is quite well-equipped. We are not big partiers but we like to have people over to enjoy the backyard. The kitchen and the living room is quite well furnished.

Move in is June 1 but it's possible to movie in earlier!
