Sun-Splashed by Day, Twinkling City Lights by Night
Welcome to 24G at Continental Towers, one of the building's largest one-bedroom apartments. Sun-splashed during the day, this north-facing home enjoys sweeping city views from both the living room and bedroom. At night, the view transforms into a sea of twinkling lights.
The spacious living room has heritage oak floors, and a separate alcove offers room for dining or a workspace. The bedroom accommodates a king-size bed, while expansive closets provide the generous storage for which Continental Towers is known.
The separate kitchen features white cabinetry, counter space on both sides, a gas range, and a dishwasher. The clean, well-maintained bathroom has a full bathtub and handheld shower.
A beautiful lobby with a chandelier and distinctive geometric floor welcomes you home. The rooftop offers seating, plantings, city views, and free Wi Fi. Another standout is the exceptionally large laundry room, with rows of washers and dryers that give it the convenience of a dedicated laundromat right in the building.
Continental Towers is conveniently located near Select Bus service on Second Avenue, crosstown bus service on 79th Street, and the Q and 6 trains. Gourmet grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife abound in the neighborhood.
Continental Towers is a smoke-free building. Sorry, no dogs allowed.

Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
