Looking for someone to take over my lease from 10/1 - 11/30 with an option to sign a 12 month lease at the end of November. The apartment is a studio apartment, will be unfurnished in a doorman building on 2nd Avenue between 91st and 92nd. You are 2 blocks away from the Q train and a few blocks/avenues away from the 4/5/6 (about 8-10 minute walk). Electricity is included in the rent (you will never get a ConEd bill) and WiFi is included until the end of November. There is a C-Town Supermarket 1 block away and Whole Foods about 5 blocks away. Great building and neighborhood!

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings.
