Hello!
I am looking for another person (preferably late 20's male) to co-sign a one-year lease with.
I have been living in the neighborhood for over 4 yrs after graduating from grad school and work in the city so I am looking for another gainfully employed/ responsible tenant to co-sign with!
It is a safe bottom floor, two level apartment with access to a shared and well maintained backyard garden. You would pay rent for the bottom floor of the apartment which has private access to the backyard, +1 flex br, and another living room with plenty of storage!
We would be sharing the common living areas which include a fully equipped kitchen w/pantry, the newly renovated bathroom, and of course the beautiful backyard garden!
