Queens Listings Under $2,300 in December 2023

Queens is a popular borough that welcomes many renters monthly. The borough boasts plenty of communities filled with restaurants and entertainment with lower rental prices than areas in Manhattan. With neighborhoods like Astoria and Long Island City close to Manhattan, some people move to the borough for the lower-priced rents and the easy commute.

The median rent for a New York City apartment decreased to $4,000 this month.
