When I came to this country 19 years ago, I had 1 goal on my mind....SUCCESS. I knew that success could only be achieved by doing the right thing, putting others first and treating people the way I wanted to be treated. So, I applied that to every aspect of my life. I found my counterpart, Neda, who also shared in the same beliefs and goals as I did. From that we started a family of now 3 beautiful boys, we have owned multiple businesses and have gained friendships that we never thought were possible.
I say all this because through this journey, we were working towards another goal without even realizing it....REAL-ESTATE. Neda and I have purchased, sold and rented everything from Residential condos to Commercial properties and have been quite successful at doing so. Because of the strong relationships built through the years of being business owners, we have been able to help friends and family in Real-Estate as well.
As of this year(2016), Neda and I are proud to announce that we are going public with that knowledge and expertise and are now part of The Northeast Florida Real-Estate sales association. We have the relationships with contractors, developers, title companies, lenders and appraisers that are key to affording a unique advantage to our clients.
