I had a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. Navigating the apartment search in New York can be overwhelming, but he made the entire process feel manageable and straightforward. Thanks to his help, I was able to secure an apartment for my mom and I that we both love without unnecessary stress. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a place in NYC.

My husband and I loved working with Piere Michel. We specifically worked with Yasir and he was wonderful. He presented us with exactly what we were looking for and we went with the first place he showed us! Yasir was personable, proactive and extremely easy to work. Very enjoyable experience.

I had a great experience working with Yasir to find an apartment. He was very reliable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a very short period of time during a high demand rental period. Communication was easy and he was very responsive whenever I had questions. Definitely would recommend working with Yasir as your broker if you are looking for an apartment in Financial District.
Yasir was simply extraordinary. From the get-go, he was committed to understanding my needs and went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment for me. His knowledge of the market, coupled with his genuine care, made the whole process a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Yasir did a fantastic job throughout the entire apartment search experience. He listened to what I was looking for (my must-have's and nice-to-have's), helped procure a list of places to view, provided a run down of what to expect, brought me from place to place, and shared his genuine opinion. Throughout the whole process, Yasir was extremely communicative and professional. I strongly recommend him as a great broker, especially with his knowledge of the Lower Manhattan area. Thank you!
Yasir is not only a gentleman but also exceptionally knowledgeable about the market. He found me an apartment that perfectly meets my requirements and delivered beyond expectations. He responded quick to all my questions, gave me a smooth tour, and even went out of his way to ensure everything went seamlessly. Plus, he smells really good! :P
