William Oliphant is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, a graduate of Fayetteville State University  & NC. State University with a Under Grad Degree in Criminal Justice and a Grad Degree in Political Science William had originally planned to spend a career in the legal system. However, before confining himself to uphold the due process of the court of law he took notice to the civil side of the justice system. While navigating the halls of the justice system William took a strong notice into Real Estate law. While working for The Rogers Firm in NC, William began to assist the lead attorney's with their real estate closing & transactions.
With that valuable experience at hand, William would never look back into the criminal law ever again. William went on to earn the title as Real Estate Closing Coordinator under The Vernon Law Group located in Cary, NC.
In 2009, William moved to NYC to become a licensed Real Estate Agent within NYC. William joined the Office of Hillel Realty shortly after receiving his NYS Real Estate License. William has went on to become a great rental & sales agent within the agency and is constantly expanding his relationship threw out the 5 Boroughs in NYC.
