Vikrant was very helpful and thorough. He took us to see the apartment and within 30 minutes had us apply with no fee and reserved the apartment for 3 days so we had plenty of time to send him everything we needed. Since moving in Vikrant has been so quick to respond to any additional questions we had. Anytime we has an issue with the building and can't get in contact with someone Vikrant answers immediately and either gets us in contact whoever we need to speak to or will even take care of it for us. He even brought us a nice move in gift. If we are looking to move again we will definitely be talking to him. My roommates and I all highly recommend.
Working with Vik was 100x easier than any other broker we spoke to. He showed us about 3-4 apartments before finding us the one we loved and was very upfront about all of the costs (unlike other brokers we had worked with).
