In our process of finding an apartment in NYC, we encountered many brokers who were not entirely honest during a variety of parts of the apartment search which was a frustrating experience until Tomer came along. He guided us through the maze and made this overwhelming experience into a more tolerable process. Tomer helped me find exactly the apartment I wanted -- in my price range, in the location I wanted, and in a really nice doorman building -- and that is so appreciated! He responds really quickly to texts and emails which made the whole process run smoothly.
Tomer, simply put, is a specialist in his industry. He found exactly what I needed after seeing so many other units with waste-of-time brokers. He took me to an apartment that was nice but perceptively knew I needed something else and recommended me another unit. He looked at his list of apartments and said, "this is the one!" Took me to an apartment that he knew was the best fit for me and I put an application in on the spot! I recommend Tomer over any other agent in the city and I couldn't be any more happy. I ended up having to pay a fee for the unit that he put me in, and it was 100% WORTH IT! I will go back to Tomer next time I need help with looking for apartments. He is an incredible and professional agent. He knows good apartment sources that have good locations and reasonable rents. With his assistance, we found two great apartment options that suited perfectly what we were looking for. We were surprised at the combination of the location, amenities and services offered by the apartments he showed us for the the best bang-for-the-buck rent price we had found. As some may know, if you need guarantors to rent an apartment, the application process can sometimes be complex. Tomer was kind and patient to walk us through every step of the process. He truly helped a lot and made us feel at ease and satisfied. I do not write recommendations more than 5 times in my life, but Tomer is one of the five I recommend, even as a person!
