Tom has over 12 Years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and reflects it in his everyday transactions. After having created a small 4 person group within his previous company he realized he could share his knowledge with his associates and grow his and their business while at the same time offering their clients great results. This led him to launch The Bouklis Group in 2010.
The Company which began with 4 associate has already reached 35 agents in the Downtown office and is branching out to Long Island City and the Upper East Side. The Queens location already has 200 Exclusive listings they are preparing to bring to market over the next two years.
Tom's plan is to launch multiple offices, none with over 40 associates in order to allow management to oversee all aspects of the day to day transactions and allow for only the best service for our clients.
