Thomas is hands down the best broker I've ever worked with! He genuinely cares about his clients and their well being, and takes the time to thoroughly understand what they're looking for when renting their next home. Most brokers in NYC will automatically tell you that what you're looking for is unachievable and will push you in whatever direction fits their agenda, but Thomas does the complete opposite and presented us with a lot of options that checked every box we needed right off the bat. He kept our options clear, organized via GoogleDoc, and thoughtfully took the time to hear what we liked and didn't like about each one to help guide finding additional apartments. Thomas is also extremely friendly and approachable, two important traits that most brokers are usually lacking. I never thought I'd find an apartment in NYC that didn't have at least one large drawback to it, but Thomas was able to find us the perfect apartment and we couldn't be happier! Thanks, Thomas!

Thomas was an excellent broker, finding us exactly what we were looking for in just a day and a half of looking. He gave us a really comprehensive look at the Brooklyn neighborhoods we were interested in -- new amenity buildings, prewar condos and brownstones -- and spent two days with me until we found the perfect place. Thomas got us a good deal on a great apartment, and I would recommend him to everyone!
Thomas is quite possibly the best broker I've ever met. He is honest, flexible, cheerful and pleasant to be around. He has the client's priority as his #1 priority and doesn't try to sell you every apartment he shows you. Though I ended up signing a lease elsewhere, this was more to do with my personal circumstances and not a reflection on Thomas. Thomas was very reliable and easy to work with; moreover, he was not pushy at all. Unlike many brokers with whom I have met in NYC, he listened to what I wanted and did not push his own agenda on me. He was exceptionally professional and his follow-through was amazing. I would highly recommend Thomas to any one of my friends, and if ever I need to move again, he would be first on my list of brokers to contact.
Thomas is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is ever researching what is out there. He took me to see about 20 different places, helped point out what I needed to be aware of, assisted constructing a clearer financial picture by laying out all the fees and costs associated with moving in, and removed all the hassle of trying to work with different buildings and properties. He’s helpful and kind, but also very driven to make sure you find a place you like in a timely manner. Hope to continue working with him next time I need a place, which won’t be for a while though because the apartment he found me recently is exactly what I was looking for!
