Terry heads the di Paolo Team @ CitiHabitats, a collaborative team focused on buyers, investors and sellers. He is actively involved in new development projects, large multifamilies and luxury resales throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

As a former photographer who did commercial work for major names like Conde Nast, Time Warner and others, Terry has a keen eye for potential in a space, and knows how to showcase properties at their best. Besides being creative, he's also extremely detail oriented as proven in previous roles organizing conferences for senior managers across a variety of industries.

Terry excels at connecting with people, their lives and their needs on both professional and personal levels. "I work closely with my clients to understand what drives them and connects them to this great city. I use that insight to match them with a home that best fits their unique personality."

A longtime New York City resident, Terry is passionate about its history and layers of culture. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, is very involved in charity and is an avid runner/marathoner.
