Agent Profile
"He was incredibly responsive, and even more impressive, immensely proactive from the first showing..."

After earning a scholarship to play four years of Division II basketball at Queens College, Terrell landed a job as a Business Account executive with Time Warner network services. He was a top producer Time Warner and, over four years, began looking for ways to expand his opportunities in investments and savings. At the suggestion of a colleague, Terrell began researching real estate investing, hoping it might be a good time part time strategy for ensuring a strong financial future.

Soon, Terrell obtained his real estate license and it became a serious passion. After 6 months, Terrell quit his 9-to-5 and entered the real estate industry full time. Over the past two years, Terrell has been our team's most consistent and exceptional performer, earning rave reviews from customers for his warm and relaxed demeanor. "He couldn't have been more committed to ensuring we got the apartment we wanted, and that we had every single detail taken care of-including offering to help with boxes, moving company recommendations, and more," reads one of Terrell's typical reviews, this one from Christina D of Brooklyn. "He was incredibly responsive, and even more impressive, immensely proactive from the first showing."

Terrell loves researching the market and understanding how to advise customers on one of the most important decisions they can make: finding a home. He also loves that his job affords him the opportunity to meet new people everyday from all walks of life across New York City.

Born in Brooklyn, Terrell grew up in Coney Island and Jamaica, Queens, where he starred for the John Adams High School Basketball team. Still highly competitive from his days on the court in high school and college, Terrell plays in a number of leagues around the city. He's also deeply committed to the community, volunteering to serve on the board of Big Apple Basketball (BigAppleBasketball.com), where he helps mentor young kids on and off the court, helping them develop strong life skills and get into college.
