Suzanne has been really helpful in getting us all set up in our apartment at 135 William street. I’d highly recommend her if you’re looking to get a quick response and good service while looking for apartments in NYC.

Suzanne was great during our apartment searching. She was extremely helpful and easy to contact at all times. Couldn’t have done the process without her. Thanks for all your help Suzanne!
Suzanne is an amazing real estate agent. She does her research on each of the listings and is super informed on all of the buildings in Fidi. She is very responsive and always able to talk. She is trustworthy and has no hidden agendas. I’ve used her multiple times finding apartments and have referred her to friends she’s that good.

Suzanne is GREAT! She was able to take all of our needs and find us an amazing apartment. She showed us a lot of apartments in a short period of time and was very quick and efficient. She also was able to negotiate our lease, something we likely would not have been able to do without her. I would definitely recommend Suzanne and will be using her in the future.
My girlfriend and I truly came into the NYC apartment search process confused and unsure of how we would find the ideal apartment in our price range. We thought we wanted a one bedroom, but Suzanne took it upon herself to also show us a a massive studio apartment in FiDi with a gorgeous view of Brooklyn because she thought we might be interested. We fell in love with the place, and now we're happily living in the studio. Meanwhile, we still can't believe we might have ended up in a one bedroom with a depressing view if Suzanne had never showed us this studio. She truly knows Manhattan like the back of her hand, and it always felt like she was good-hearted and honest with us when it came to sorting out our preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to rent in Manhattan!
Suzanne was fantastic work with! No one knows the Financial District better. She spent multiple days with us & had boundless knowledge about each building and unit. She is kind, generous with her time, and genuinely cares about finding you the perfect apartment. We will be recommending Suzanne to all of our friends and family members looking for apartments in NYC. She is the best!!

Suzanne is absolutely incredible to work with! My friends and I have been working with her to find the perfect three bedroom in our price range and she has been such a help! She has shown us PLENTY of buildings and different layouts in each building. She is very upfront with breaking down the costs at each building and has been overall very supportive. Thank you, Suzanne!
Suzanne will work very hard to find an apartment that meets your needs. She spent an entire saturday showing us around different unita and buildings. She will also negotiate rent prices on your behalf. She truly wants the best for her clients.
I was very lucky to find someone like her!
Suzanne was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was on top of things from the start and always kept in touch. She always found apartments that just came on the market and has connections with all the leasing agencies in fidi. She went above and beyond as an agent and only wants you to be happy. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
