A Military spouse since 1996, Multiple unit landlord since 2006 and Property Manager since 2017.  I specialize in Military family owned homes.  I support absentee landlords and those new to being a landlord.  Choosing great tenants is the key to keeping life simple as a landlord.  I enjoy civic activism in the South Tampa Community and time with my family when I am not working to help tenants or landlords find the perfect fit for their lifestyle.
