I highly recommend Shazz Baric. It was fortuitous I met him on the first day of my apartment search. He has a methodical process to find you your home. He is hard working, responsive, accommodating, and most importantly able to make a very chaotic and overwhelming process digestible. I was extremely impressed with Shazz and would highly recommend him. I was in a rush to relocate from CA to NY for a new job and contacted several brokers. Shazz was a level above the rest. He called me promptly, asked what I was looking for, and sent me a list of about 60 listings, most of which were of a better quality than the ones I had found on my own. I narrowed it down to a top 10 and he set up an afternoon of showings for about 6-7 of those. He took videos of all the places so I could review them later and during the showings asked intelligent questions and threw out ideas on how to furnish the spaces. Ultimately I didn't rent through him because a rare deal popped up that perfectly fit my circumstances, but otherwise I would not have hesitated to finish the process with him.

David is the best real estate agent you can ask for. He is incredibly thorough and organized - his process made a huge difference in landscaping the market and keeping track of the apartments on the market (for example, David took a video of every apartment we went to visit so that you don't have to rely on mental memory and always highlighted pros/cons). When I found something I wanted, he was quick and diligent to make sure I locked down the apartment. Overall, I had a great experience working with David. So I've been working with like 9273630 brokers during this whole process and David was the best. He puts your interests first before anything. Upon our first meeting he sent me 60 listings (!). David did a good job of showing us all the apartments we wanted to see. We saw some uptown on the Upper West down to Chelsea and then the East Village. We ended up with a studio as large as a one bedroom just off Thompson Square Park. We almost didn't get the apartment too but David was able to negotiate with the landlord so we didn't have to use a guarantor or pay additional deposit. Very grateful for the service!
