Ross Melby began selling real estate in Minneapolis, MN where he was born and raised. His mother accidentally introduced him to the field on his 18th birthday when she took him downtown to show him the historic riverfront district where all the warehouses were being converted to lofts. From that moment, Ross was fascinated by the urban culture, and wanted to sell real estate. He knew he needed to live in a unique city where people would walk to work and live in beautiful lofts with high ceilings and exposed beams. Ultimately, that city was New York.

Now living in the West Village, Ross loves his apartment, neighborhood, and being just a few blocks from the High Line. He walks to work, hardly ever having to take the train. Dually licensed in both New York City and Minneapolis, Ross enjoys being an advisor to his sales and rental clients, where he solves, innovates and measures his success by theirs. He has vast experience working with sellers, purchasers and renters, and is known for his honesty, discretion, knowledge and expert pricing/marketing strategies. Prior to selling real estate, Ross worked in the hospitality industry in California. Having always been in the business of taking care of people, he is particularly attentive to his real estate clientele whose dreams he helps fulfill just like he did his own.
