Rob helped us secure a fabulous apt on the UWS/73rd st. We called him soon after we saw his posted pics and was available to meet that afternoon. Handsome and charismatic, Rob did not pressure us at all into taking the apartment and was happy to show us additional apartments to compare. He was up front and knew that we were probably not going to fall in love with the other apartments, but he didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time by showing these lesser apartments. It was good to compare to help solidify our decision so we have no regrets and felt that luck stuck our way when we contacted Rob. He also helped us connect to the tenants who were leaving the apartment, who worked with Rob also and had all glorious things to say about him. And Email and text communications were timely. We would so totally work with him again. I highly recommend him without reservation

Somehow, someway Rob found us the PERFECT apartment in just one day. I can’t tell you how many people tell me how lucky I got with my apartment. I tell them it wasn’t luck - it was Rob. I had the most amazing experience with Rob and recommend him to EVERYONE looking to move to the Upper West Side. My wife and I recently decided to move from Los Angeles to New York and gave ourselves five days to find and secure an apartment in the City. I knew I wanted to live in Manhattan, but didn’t know which neighborhood so decided to see a few in several neighborhoods. After spending 3 days working with 3 different agents, I was frustrated and exhausted. The process in working with the agents was that each would send me listings to review and let them know which ones I wanted to see. They’d then have to try and make arrangements to view those apartments with the listing agents or property managers. It took too much time and, to my great surprise and frustration, many of the listing agents and property managers are not available on the weekends. Apparently working professionals are expected to not only pay these listing agents and property managers high fees to what amounts to nothing more than showing up with keys to open the door, but we’re also expected have to take time off of work to view apartments during the working week?! I just don’t get it. Anyway, it was Saturday afternoon at 2pm with just 48 hours left to secure an apartment and needless to say, I was beginning to feel hopeless. Until we met Rob. Working with Rob was a breath of fresh air. He was one of many agents I’d reached out to, but the only one to say that he specialized in a particular neighborhood, which for him was the Upper West Side. Turns out working with a specialist is the only way to go. The way Rob was plugged in to the neighborhood made every other agent I'd seen look like a hack. He wasn’t on the phone or iPad the whole time trying to make arrangements with listing agents and property managers to view apartments. He didn't have to because he had a gym bag full of keys that seemed to open doors in every other building on the UWS. Better yet, Rob really took the time to get to know us and showed us tons of properties that, though different, were all decent a fit for us. He also was a great tour guide and told us all about the UWS, which he is obviously passionate about. Rob's a guy you can trust. Halfway through the first afternoon of looking at apartments, he sat us down in one of the units to talk about what we really needed in an apartment and warned us not to overextend ourselves, explaining just how expensive the city can be. What's more, even though we decided on the apartment we wanted, he urged us to check out a few more the next day just to be sure we'd seen as many as possible before making a decision. Again, he urged us not to overextend ourselves. Rob even charges a lower fee than most other agents. I absolutely LOVE my apartment and feel great about living in the city. I'm truly grateful to Rob and can honestly say that without him my NYC adventure could have soured before it ever got started. Thank you Rob!
