Richard has called Manhattan home since his undergraduate days at New York University.   A longtime resident of the East Village, he loves the city's complexity, energy, endless attractions, vibrant streets, and distinct architecture and neighborhoods that keep his passion for real estate flowing.  Thanks to his history of working with people and in customer service-related positions, he is a good listener, patient and attentive to his clients' needs.
