Reagan was incredibly helpful and so nice in my search for the perfect apartment. It was my first time doing this and she was very informative and reasonable in the apartments we've visited. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to live in downtown NYC!
I absolutely recommend Renthop specially Reagan Consalo for all the help. No unanswered questions, very accommodating, from viewing to lease signing. My first time and I must say I am very blessed to have found the right person to help me.
I would highly recommend Reagan to anyone who is looking for a new place in NYC. She was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. She kept me apprised about new listings and was transparent throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better agent.
Reagan was such a huge help with my moving process. Not only did she show me the unit I inquired about but she took me to about 10 other buildings within my price limit and desired neighborhoods. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right place for me and I highly recommend using her services!
Reagan is one of the most helpful real estate agents I have worked with in NYC. She listens to your needs and goes out of her way to find everything you are looking for in an apartment. We met virtually when she took me on a detailed Zoom tour of an apartment - and following that, she proposed plenty of other options based on my criteria, regularly following up in a timely & professional fashion. I highly recommend working with Reagan!
Even though Reagan was not working locally, she made herself available at all hours. She reached out within minutes of me submitting my search.
It was such a pleasure working with Reagan on finding my first apartment. Reagan took her time to listen to what I am looking for and what I like/don't like in a living space and used this information to show me amazing apartments in my price range. She was available whenever I had a question and helped in any way possible when working with the management company of the building I chose. I highly recommend working with Reagan to finding your next dream home in NYC!

Reagan was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She is very responsive and first class all the way. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment
Reagan was super helpful. We originally inquired about a single apartment. At the appointment, she offered to show us a few additional units she recommended nearby. She also followed up after our meeting with a breakdown of what we say and other unit recommendations based on our first meeting. Reagan’s initiative was much appreciated and I will keep Reagan in mind for any future apartment searches .
Reagan was very proactive and helpful with my apartment search. She followed up numerous times with apartments that she found within my budget, neighborhood, and amenity criteria. She was very timely and friendly at the showing and open to help any way she could. Would highly recommend working with her! Although I found an apartment through a different party, I would reach out to her in the future and recommend her to a friend.
Reagan was so patient, nice, and super driven. It was such a pleasure working with her.
Although I was only browsing, the offers shown during viewings were very convincing. She replies and adjusts quickly to ones needs!
Reagan was super friendly, professional, and showed me some fabulous apartments. I ended up deciding not to live in the area - nothing against Reagan!
Reagan was not only attentive but she also anticipated my needs before I conveyed them to her. She made the painful process of finding an apartment an enjoyable experience. 5 stars!
Reagan was great to work with! She is very organized, flexible, and knowledgeable especially about the FiDi area! I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new apartment.
Reagan was a great broker and went above and beyond what I expected and usually get from a nyc broker. I ultimately went with a different place due to price and location but Reagans effort almost made me think twice about it. I highly recommend using her as a broker.
Reagan was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. She worked very hard to help me move past obstacles to get the west village apartment of my dreams. I highly recommend working with her and would reach out to her again!
