Ray is particularly knowledgeable of how condominiums operate on a day-to-day basis having worked in the service industry as a doorman and concierge for a high-end condominium in the Financial District. Prior to that, he spent many years in security enforcement in Lower Manhattan and for high-end luxury residential buildings throughout the five boroughs. Ray is a graduate of the New York City Police Academy who has also protected and served his community as a New York City Police Officer.
