To Whom it May Concern,
Mr. Perez was super helpful in procuring me an apartment. I looked online for weeks but until I met with Ralph, I had no idea when or where to look. He was knowledgable and knew how to navigate the financial district residential sector.
Cheers!

What I appreciated most about working with Ralph was his follow through. I contacted a million brokers and most of them were extremely brief, and to the point. Ralph listened, responded and helped me make a solid decision. Cheers Mr. Perez!

Ralph was incredibly helpful in finding my apartment. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods that I was interested in and got me the best deal for my $. Ralph showed me options I hadn't even considered. He even helped negotiate the price down and saved me money. I love my place and I would totally recommend his services to anyone who is apartment hunting!
