Patrick grew up in a construction family, has a background in engineering, plus owned and operated a property investment firm specializing in residential properties. Born and raised in Portland Oregon, he began working with his father, a proprietor of two general contracting companies before transitioning into development, since the age of 12. Patrick began on the "ground floor" cleaning up work sites, which was his window into the business. He since developed a deep passion for and knowledge of real estate, which provide a winning edge for his clients.
Patrick spent over half his life in the Pacific Northwest before moving to San Diego, then on to New York City. He holds a teaching certification from San Diego State University, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Grove School of Engineering at City College of New York. Patrick's extensive experience as a renter, buyer and seller in NYC allows him to understand the challenges that can arise through this process. His seasoned insight, sharp listening, keen attention to detail and finely-honed service skills set him apart. Hard work and integrity ensure a high caliber of service that only few can match.
A specialist on Manhattan's Upper East Side, Patrick has lived on the Upper East Side as well as in Harlem, Chinatown, and currently in Kips Bay. He is also an investor who owns properties in NYC as well as the Catskills and other parts of the country.
His love has always been to help people, dating back to his early 20s when he volunteered with Americorps, a domestic Peacecorps program. Patrick also worked with the Red Cross, Easter Seals, Habitats for Humanity and many other great organizations. He's put in approximately 4000 hours of civic service that continues to this day. Currently, Patrick volunteers weekly with NY Cares, plus donates time to BRC outreach facility feeding the homeless. He is an avid basketball and sports fan, and is happily married with two rambunctious cats. Patrick also enjoys traveling and has visited over 20 countries to date.
