Nikki is hands down an outstanding agent who I would recommend over and over. She made a typically stressful situation (nyc apartment hunting) an easy, enjoyable, and a completely stress-free experience. She was extremely communicative, constantly accessible, and transparent throughout the entire rental process, allowing us to fully put our trust in her. Additionally, Nikki went to great lengths to ensure that my roommate and I found an apartment that worked perfectly for us. She showed us several units as they became available and when it came time for us to make a decision, she didn't pressure us to pick the most expensive unit.
