Nataliia was extremely helpful when my boyfriend and I were apartment hunting in NYC. I have looked for apartments in NYC before and Nataliia was easily the best broker I worked with. Unlike several other brokers I've spoken with and seen apartments with, Nataliia was not pushy at all and was a pleasure to work with.
She regularly sent us listings that would match our criteria and was very open about sharing details on the apartment, the location, etc.
Even though brokers get paid on commission, she genuinely helped us look for a place that fit our needs and budget even if she wouldn't get commission. Essentially what ended up happening was that she showed us an apartment and we found another apartment in the building with the same layout but no broker's fee. We shared this with her and she helped us get in touch with the owner/firm representing the owner. She was transparent that this was clearly a better deal and didn't try to sell us on the listing she had shown us even though she wouldn't have gotten any commission from us renting the second apartment.
Additionally, throughout the process, she kept us up to date as rent/fee/etc. changed for apartments we were interested in.
Natalia is a very dedicated broker. She listens to your needs and does her best to get you what you are looking for. She has an incredible patience and just keeps looking for something that makes you feel comfortable. She is the best !

Nataliia was extremely helpful and efficient when it came time to finalize the lease for our West Village apartment. She makes you the priority in trying to determine if the apartment is the right fit. We appreciated everything she was able to do for us and we recommend that people work with her in the future.
Nataliia helped me found an apartment, we visited a lot of different places which all fit my criterias. She kept showing me apartments I might like even though I thought I found THE one. Good thing she did cause I ended up moving in the last one. She explained and helped me through the paperwork as it was my first time finding an apartment on my own.
