Meeting Mahmoud completely changed my mind. He was an absolute godsend. He had access to apartments I never saw on StreetEasy or any of the usual sites, and he helped my partner and me secure an incredible apartment for a deal I honestly didn't think was possible in NYC. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge of the market—it was how genuinely kind, patient, and invested he was. He never made us feel like our budget wasn't worth his time.
