We saw many apartments and all of them met what I was looking. I've had experiences in the past where a broker will take you to apartments that aren't even what you are looking for. Looking for an apartment is difficult and stressful but Monica made the process look effortless. And now I'm moving into my dream apartment! I would definitely recommend Monica to friends and family.
i can't thank Bretton and Monica enough for all of their work in finding us a place to live. We just relocated from halfway across the country and didn't know much about Manhattan at all, but after the time and effort spent by the Bond Team, we felt so much comfortable about our move. Monica was incredibly sweet, positive, and on top of her game! We told her exactly what we wanted (and boy were we very picky and specific) and her partner David promptly showed us a couple of options (that day). They really know their listings backwards and forwards. Every apartment that was shown was a great option. We decided we liked a place and so they sent us an application that afternoon. We had all of our paperwork in by the next morning, but unfortunately we were outbid by another couple. Undeterred and with renewed energy, Monica scoured the listings for another place that would be suitable for us. Literally the next morning we saw another place that was even better than the first option, and she submitted our other application so that we didn't have to do even more paperwork. She was extremely responsive! What a hustler! I would recommend her to anyone who knows exactly what they want and wants it ASAP. Thank you, Monica!

I had a great experience working with Monica and her team. They showed me a lot of great apartments in the area I was looking at. More importantly, they were incredibly helpful throughout the application and lease signing process and helped get me the terms I felt comfortable signing with. Definitely the least stressful renting experience I've had since I moved to New York.
This post is late on my end as I worked with Monica in Feb to find a March apartment, but better late than never! If you are looking for help finding a place, I would highly recommend Monica. She's a total boots on the ground broker. Even in the FREEZING cold of February she bundled up and took me all over the areas I had asked her to search. She clearly had put a lot of thought and energy into the places she picked for me within my budget. As someone who has rented 7 different apartments over an 11 year period, I know first hand that real estate in this city can be a shady operation. That is NOT the case with Monica or her fantastic partner who also chipped in to help me. You can feel confident that they actually have your best interests at heart. I don't EVER want to move again, but if I do, I'd call Monica.

Monica has been a tremendous help on finding an apartment. As an international, I had no credit history and very little US documents, but I got the best pieces of advice for building an application, and Monica did a very good negotiation with the landlord on the upfront months I had to pay.
