Good at what he does. Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Highly recommend this realtor and agency.
Monjurul Haque was a pleasure to work with. The entire process was streamlined efficiently, which allowed us to get the apartment of our choice within 3 days. Throughout the process, Monjurul was prompt with his response, very professional, and was highly knowledgeable when addressing our concerns. His honesty and financial transparency enabled our trust in the process. I would highly recommend Monjurul Haque for your real estate needs.
Monjurul understood our requirements in the initial call on first day morning. Post which, we saw two houses ou of which we went ahead with one. Documentation process to send in application on the house was smooth too. We had the application approval on day two. Overall, we got what we were looking for in Brooklyn just because we got in touch with Monjurul.
Monjurul is seriously the best! Was accommodating to my crazy schedule, made sure I was able to get the apartment I wanted and walked me through the whole process. As a first time renter he explained alot and was extremely helpful. He also kept me updated while waiting for my application approval. Cannot recommend him enough. The guy genuinely cares and you can tell.

If you need a realtor who is efficient and gets the job done, call Monjurul from Gama Group. He is efficient, professional, dependable, intelligent, experienced, and always on time. Before dealing with Monjurul, I talked to other realtors and most of them made me doubtful about finding a place to say the least. Monjurul had a nice list of apartments. He’s also pretty quick and the whole process was comfortable and smooth. Exactly what I was looking for. I’m definitely going to call him first if I need another place for rent or buy in the future. Thank you Monjurul.

it's pleasure to work with Mr. Monjurul Haque (Hawk). He is very professional. He got everything done for us quickly. He is your guy to go whether renting or buying.
With Hawk the process of renting was super easy and he guided me every step of the way. He answered every question I had and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this man when renting apartments.
Hawk was very helpful in helping me find my apartment. He communicated back and forth between me and my potential landlord to smooth over details. He was quick at getting back to me via call and text.
Monjurul was great. He worked hard to show me a number of different types of places and listened to my response to each one until he found the right place to show me. Once I decided he was efficient and helpful with all the negotiations. I would totally recommend him to anyone as well as work with him again if needed.
Highly reliable guy!
Ill work with him again and again.
Monjurul was very friendly and professional. Contacting him was easy via this site and texting/calls where he was very quick to respond each time, and he was always punctual for appointments. This was the quickest brokering/closing for an apartment rental I have ever had, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience from the first message to getting the keys in hand. Would definitely recommend his services to friends and family should they be looking for apartments any time soon.
Monjural is an asset to this city in the way he strives to help people find their new home. Of the many agents I contacted, Monjural's fast response, professionalism, and attention to detail instantly made me forget the rest. What I thought was going to be a tedious process was instead seamless and pleasant from start to finish. Going the extra mile is an understatement to describe his effort to help me find my dream apartment. I sincerely recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I always swore I would never use a broker. I also swore I wouldn't move to Bay Ridge (distance). Then I met Monjurul, and he showed me the most wonderful apartment in Bay Ridge, and even got the owners to lower the rent and include utilities. So I was completely wrong about both of my previous assumptions! Monjurul is flexible, communicative, and prompt, (and pretty cute, if you care about that kind of thing). I'd been having issues with other brokers not communicating with me about the status of apartments I was viewing (that is, if they could even find time to show me the place before it was gone); however, since working with Monjurul, this process has been painless and fast, and has taken all the stress out of moving for me. Thank you!

He is by far the best person to work with. My partner and I wanted so many different things in a apartment and Monjurul was very patient with us. He responded very quick to our inquiries and was always available to assist. A+++ in my book. Would recommend him to everyone.

Monjurul really helped me from start to finish finding and renting an apartment. He never made me wait for a response and really simplified what could have been a lot of time-consuming processes. To me that epitomizes exactly what an agent should be. Very knowledgeable of the area.
Monjurul is the best realtor you could possibly find. He was always quick to reply, told you the truth and helps you to the best of his ability. He made a difficult process and experience into one that was more stress-free and easy. He worked fast and efficiently to make sure that we got the apartment we wanted. I highly recommend him to anyone who is currently looking for an apartment.

Monjurul was always on time; answer all my question and did not tell me what I need to hear; respectful; knowledgeable of the neighborhood; Very patient when I show up to the showing with my two young children who were sometimes not on their best behavior. Due to personal reasons I had to put my rental search on hold and he was very understanding. This is what makes a great agent in my book. I will work with him in the future.
