Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, Matthew's journey has taken him across eight states and countless communities before calling New York City home. Having navigated fourteen moves within the city himself, he has a first-hand understanding of the realities, challenges, and triumphs that come with finding a place to belong in forever-changing Manhattan.

As a licensed residential agent specializing in rentals and sales throughout Manhattan, Matthew pairs practical market knowledge with genuine empathy for his clients' unique needs. His approach is rooted in transparency, thoughtful communication, and a commitment to guiding each person through every step of the process. His priority is ensuring they feel informed, confident, and understood.

Matthew holds a degree in communications from Middle Tennessee State University and further honed his skills in digital media at Borough of Manhattan Community College. Before real estate, he spent five years with Apple, where he delivered best-in-class client service, resolved complex issues, and taught thousands how to navigate new technology with ease and confidence.

He has also contributed his creative talents to the community through work with The LGBT Center in the West Village, a graphic design internship at a leading brokerage, and instructional design projects including Dummy's Guide to Adobe Illustrator. These roles reflect his belief in clear communication, continuous learning, and empowering others - values that continue to shape his real estate practice today.

Outside the office, Matthew finds inspiration in design, photography, and the art of baking. He also enjoys the daily gift of negotiating with his tuxedo cat, Lucy, who keeps him humble and quick on his feet.
