Coming from a real estate family Marin carries natural ability to do real estate well. Marin had his first taste of real estate while still in Bulgaria where he managed properties owned by his family. After leaving Bulgaria, he continued his real estate career in New York. Joining one of the top real-estate company in 2008, he has handled more than 650 residential transactions in over 80 luxury developments throughout Manhattan. After his first year he becomes top 7th producing rental agent, for the year of 2009. In 2013 he becomes number 1 producing agent for the month of June and top 5 producing agent company-wide for 2013.
