I have moved within the NYC and Astoria area about four times, and as far as brokers go, Marina is easily the best that I have worked with and was more than fantastic! She returned my call immediately, and the next day, she showed me the apartment I inquired about. My roommates and I loved the place and were approved very quickly and efficiently thanks to Marina! Within three to four days of seeing the apartment, we had signed the lease. Marina was an amazing broker, and she was also well liked by the landlords. Any questions I had, Marina would respond almost immediately and she was always on time (if not early) and prepared. This was such a positive experience for everyone and we can thank Marina for that! Highly recommend her!

Amazing! inquired about an apartment on rent hop and was contacted right away. Saw the apartment on a Friday afternoon, loved it, met the landlord, put in our application & deposit, and heard back Sat. afternoon! Marina and her team were very helpful, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.
