A native New Yorker born on the Upper West Side, Marc lived in Chelsea, SoHo, Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and the West Village before settling down in Greenwich Village, and has firsthand knowledge of many neighborhoods around the city. He has a knack for reading market fluctuations and has proven time and again that he can leverage his knowledge and business acumen to deftly negotiate price to his clients' advantage.
