I started the search with Luca back in November and after seeing 15-20 apartments, decided it was not the right time to move. Luca completely understood and respected the decision, and even checked in on me periodically to see how my current apartment situation was progressing, without ever pressuring me to act in any way. Fast forward six months, and I once again contacted Luca, completely because of his prior professionalism and courtesy.
