In order to serve you better, please provide us with your full name, cell phone number, email address, neighborhood preferences, desired move-in date, number of bedrooms, pets, and availability for a showing.

Most Landlords have discontinued paying brokers a commission. As a result, we will charge the tenant a one months commission on any apartment that you rent, unless the Landlord is paying the broker's fee. The commission you pay is worth it, because you will be working with experienced Manhattan brokers that will help you with your search and the application process.

Louis's Reviews
Louis is a highly professional and experienced Broker. He knows the Manhattan rental market very well and all of his listings were good quality. He was upfront with us when he gave us the pros and cons of every apartment he was showing. Was helpful in answering questions on the Landlord's lease and move-in instructions.
