For more than 30 years, Lorett Vigon has been a record-breaking leader in sales for some of New York City's most successful real estate firms. After completing her studies in New York and London, Lorett worked in Design Consulting and Administration in the fields of construction and architecture. She began her Real Estate career leasing apartments in Bayside, New York, where she established strong relationships within the housing community. This led to her early recognition by a syndicate of developers that relocated her to Philadelphia, where she served as Director of Marketing for The Drake Tower. This exciting project involved the rehab of the famed Drake Hotel, a 1929 landmark which was converted from a hotel into a Luxury Residential tower. A year later, she returned to work for one of the largest brokerages in NYC, where she quickly became the #1 rental agent and thereafter was promoted to the Manager of Luxury Residential Leasing. Recognized for excellence in service and her dedication to her work, Lorett is also a proud recipient of the famed "Deal of the Year" Award from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Having served as Managing Director for two other well established brokerage firms, Lorett then became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and opened her own brokerage, Lorett Vigon & Company, in 2002. Almost 2 decades later, she was sought out by and brought The Vigon Team to Bond New York Properties in the Summer of 2019.
The Vigon Team is comprised of Lorett Vigon, Jillian Vigon, Stephanie Tashman, and Assistant Chyelle Milgrom. Lorett has a long history as a successful listing broker as well. She understands the stresses placed on landlords and building owners, and works with them to position their properties within the Manhattan marketplace to minimize vacancies. Likewise, she also works with property owners to properly price and present their listing to potential buyers. She maintains a network of pre-approved and pre-qualified buyers that are looking to purchase in Manhattan for primary residences and as investors. She is also able to handle commercial transactions for those looking to pursue live-work options in Manhattan and the boroughs.
