A Brooklynite at heart, Lisa has lived in Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Dyker Heights, & Bed-Stuy ever since moving to Brooklyn from San Francisco 11 years ago to attend the Pratt Institute, where she achieved her BFA in Interior Architecture. She takes great joy in analyzing historic architecture, exploring traditional cities in Europe and North America, visiting museums and, along with her husband, restoring & investing in historic rental properties in West Columbia, SC. She is also a licensed real estate broker in California, where she manages and is a stakeholder for a multi-million-dollar investment residential rental portfolio in Modesto.
From her experience, she has become an expert in marketing strategies and a specialist with renters, buyers, landlords and sellers who are looking to market their real estate in Manhattan/Brooklyn or are considering either of these boroughs. She caters to each individual with a well-rounded knowledge and confident attitude with principles that produce proven results. "I always give people more than they expect," she says.
