He also was there to answer questions for me about my lease after he helped me get my application approved. Awesome real estate agent. He helped us find a great apartment and shepherded us through the whole process. He was patient (our daughter was pretty selective), but he was always upbeat and undeterred.
His fees are very reasonable and he is extremely knowledgeable about the city.
