Thank you so much for your interest. I am a sales and marketing person. I graduated from a business school in Arizona and had worked in fashion brand Marketing in Japan and came back to Los Angles for 8 year in production management of Denim jeans. Now I am living here in NYC for 4 years to do marketing of housings/apartments.
I had worked at the biggest agency in Manhattan and I experienced the whole Manhattan market, then I moved to the biggest agency in Upper Manhattan to focus more in the area. I am fully knowledgeable in the area and would like to help you find nice apartment for you!!!!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
1) MOST OF ADVERTISED APTS ARE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN!!! IF YOU ARE NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE SOONEST, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME.
2) BRING YOUR ROOMMATE TOGETHER WHEN VIEWING APTS. FROM EXPERIENCE, CAMERA AND VIDEO WILL NOT BE ENOUGH TO MAKE ROOMMATE'S DECISION.
3) TOO MUCH SHORTAGE OF NYC APTS, TOO MANY ARE LOOKING FOR APTS. THEY ARE BECOMING EXPENSIVE, BUT RENTED SO FAST!! (Prepare paperwork so that you can apply as soon as you find nice apt.- Employment letter, including starting date, position and salary, 2 yrs tax return&W2, 3 recent pay stubs, 3 recent banks statements, copy of social sec card, ID. You have to make 40 time the rent/good credit, or need guarantor of 80 times the rent/good credit. both needs same documents to apply.)
4) SORRY, BUT DO NOT EXPECT PERFECT APT. I TRY TO SHOW YOU NICE APTS, BUT IT IS NYC. LIFE IS MORE OUTSIDE OF APT. ENJOY IT!!
