Born and raised in Helsinki, Finland, Kate has an appreciation for modern and sustainable design and loves to learn about different cultures. Her international roots have inspired her to travel a lot all around the world, learning many languages along the way, and her network spans worldwide. She has lived in the U.S. for over ten years and has spent much of her time in Miami and NYC. Kate's active lifestyle, exploring the streets and parks of NYC, circulating the boutique fitness scene, and training clients in luxury buildings, has helped her get to know the city very quickly, and her passion and knowledge of NYC real estate grew.
From a young age, Kate has been interested in the human mind and development. Her passion lead her to study psychology, and she graduated with a M.A. degree in developmental psychology in 2011. Not only has she developed an understanding in the human psyche and in what motivates people, but she has also developed an exceptional ability to relate to people and to build rapport. Her unwavering attention to detail, exceptional listening skills, and ability to diligently advocate on behalf of her clients, has her clients feel comfortable and devoted.
