As a member of the highly accomplished Simonsen Team led by a Top 75 Broker, Lisa Simonsen, Karan draws upon a foundation of market analysis to optimize results for their clients to continue setting the benchmark for unrivaled properties. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he spent five years with another prominent brokerage firm guiding clients toward identifying value in their residential sales and purchases, and securing an advantage in the marketplace.

Prior to real estate, Karan was also the founder and president of a fashion accessories brand with national clients such as Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, New York & Company, Chico's, and Urban Outfitters. He graduated magna cum laude from Pace University in New York. Karan is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and is proficient in Hindi and Punjabi.
