As someone completely new to New York and with no prior experience renting/leasing, I received a lot of help and support from Jun. He patiently answered all of my questions, guided me every step of the way, and is also a generally fun and kind person to be around. Without his help, I doubt I would've found a place as fast as I was able to do right now.

I’m glad that i found Jun. we met in the off season for apartment hunt in NYC. He gave me some excellent classifieds and options to select in my budget given it’s off-season. Actually friendly and always open for an apt tour. Jun didn’t force me into taking any random apartment like most others do, he gave me real good recommendations and trade-offs to select. also Jun made sure the type of roommates I’d be comfortable moving in with. I Would highly recommend and definitely pick Jun for my next hunt.

Working with Jun was an amazing experience. He is incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. Throughout the entire apartment search, he was patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. His professionalism and dedication made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I truly appreciated how much effort he put into finding the right place for me. I would highly recommend Jun to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring apartment broker.

Jun is awesome! He was able to accommodate to both my roommate and my needs. Definitely saved time and money.

I've worked with Junya twice now, once to find an apartment with roommates and most recently for my own place, and both times he made the process so much easier than I expected. He's incredibly responsive, I could always reach him quickly with questions, and he never made me feel like I was being rushed or overlooked. What stood out most is how motivated he is to actually find you the right home. He listened to what I was looking for and stayed efficient throughout the whole search without cutting corners. On top of that, he's just genuinely nice to work with, patient, easygoing, and easy to communicate with even when apartment hunting in NYC gets stressful. If you're apartment hunting and want someone efficient, responsive, and just overall great to work with, I'd 100% recommend Junya!
