My 22 years of experience in the real estate business has allowed me to understand and help all types of people to find their future home in NYC. Whether you are looking to rent in the Columbia University Area, Harlem, Hamilton Heights or Washington Heights, my job is to make you feel safe while you go through the process of getting approved. I enjoy meeting people from all countries and all walks of life. I find meeting new people really interesting, and I enjoy getting to know them. Additionally, over the years, I have developed amazing business relationships in the real estate industry, so I know just how to get you the right place to call home. I know I'm a 'people person' and enjoy good conversations. I am fluent in English and Spanish and originally from Puerto Rico.

Julio's Reviews
I actually was calling Julio's colleague when she handed him the phone. He was friendly and offered to show me an apartment in an hour or two. He was straight-forward and honest with the details.
I ended up with a great apartment that hadn't even made it to street easy! He answered all my questions for my application, even up until late at night.
