Julien was great! He responded to my text messages almost immediately. He was very organized and quick (we went to 7 buildings in 4 hours, most buildings with multiple apartments). We looked for apartments on Friday with the goal to move ASAP and I'm scheduled to move in on Monday. As long as you have your documents in order (which you can easily do beforehand), Julien can get you an apartment very quickly. Julien helped me find a great apartment that wasn't even listed yet. I would strongly recommend Julien!

Julien was responsive, upfront, and honest with us. Even though we did not rent from him, I would recommend working with him in the future.
After months of searching for the perfect place, speaking to various brokers, researching online for hours, we finally found Julien. Julien responded right away with places in mind, and truly listened to what we were looking for. He stayed within our budget and showed us our dream apartment the FIRST one we went to (among others). He was patient, kind, honest, and helped us so much with his advice. Professional through and through, the experience was awesome. He did not put pressure on us, and genuinely wanted to help. I cannot say enough great things about Julien, he even gave my roommate and I a house warming gift as a surprise!! I am recommending him to ALL of my friends. Julien is the best broker I have ever come across. He is extremely courteous and not at all pushy. Before showing me any apartments, he took the time to figure out what features and amenities I considered necessities and what characteristics I considered deal breakers. He truly listened to my requests and only showed me apartments that were within my price range and that met many requirements. Julien is very earnest and works with your best interest at heart. I ultimately opted not to rent any of the apartments we had seen, but only because I decided that it was time to buy instead.
Julien is a true dream-broker. I never thought that I could find such a dedicated, kind and hard-working broker in New York City. It is the fourth time since I moved to NYC in 2007, that I was working with brokers to find a new apartment. Normally brokers in this city make me quite angry, as they profit from the tight and tough real-estate market in Manhattan and abuse you by trying to convince you that you have to sign the first or second apartment offered, as your ideas for your new place are naive and not realistic. But Julien was incredible. I was always available, never upset when I did not liked something. He was super ambitious to understand exactly what I am looking for and was surprising me constantly with new apartment ideas. I can recommend him 100%.
