With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industries, Jsun knows that excellence goes beyond providing what a client needs; it requires predicting one's needs before they happen and exceeding their expectations. Jsun satisfied a discerning clientele as a former Sommelier for a James Beard award-winning restaurant in Manhattan, and as the owner of a B&B in Williamsburg. He brings the same tenacious work ethic and drive to ensure that all his real estate clients are treated as the unique and real people they are.

Jsun offers a multifaceted set of skills to his clients. He can market face to face as well as employ the latest and most powerful digital tools available to facilitate their home search or sale. Plus he is able to think both creatively and analytically, which is an absolute must in real estate.

"Matching a client's desires to the ideal home is a well-tuned talent," says Jsun, who strongly believes that 90 percent of communication is listening. "I listen intently to my clients in order to find out how I can best be of assistance to them, then work hard to provide the highest level of service at all times, even after closing."

Jsun studied Economics and Fine Arts at the University of Central Florida and received a Master's in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts. He has lived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for 10 years, and specializes in purchases, sales and rentals in north Brooklyn as well as lower Manhattan. For fun, Jsun enjoys creating paintings, surfing at the local beaches of Long Island, and running marathons (including the NY Marathon). "Arts and athletics remind me that patience and discipline will lead to amazing results."
