josh is one of the most hard working and dedicated agents ive ever dealt with. he will do whatever he can to get you the best prices and make the entire process as easy and smooth as possible. hes very easy to get a hold of WHENEVER you need him and on top of everything hes one of the nicest people youll meet. i dont usually do these thing, such as comment or leave a review about anything really, but i had such a good experience with josh and he did so much for me i felt it was only right i did this for him. do yourself a favor everyone, getting a house/apartment is not fun nor easy.. let josh make it a breeze!
