It was my first experience with an agent to look for an apartment in NY and I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Jordyn! I was newly graduated, and I was looking for a place to live in New York City because I was making the decision to find my career in the Big Apple. I was very stressed because I had no idea where to start with my search. I looked on websites and asked around, but I never wanted to commit to anything because I didn't want to get scam. That's when I found Jordyn, who is a broker in NYC. We had numerous calls, emails, and texts. The communication was open and flowed. She was very respectful, kind, and smart. She knew what she was doing. Almost every day, I would receive emails about potential apartments. My mom and I would tell her what we did and didn't like, and she would change her search fitting our needs. She was very attentive and fast. We found a perfect apartment that is close to Central Park with the help of Jordyn, and the apartment fits my every need that I wanted.

I had a pleasant experience working with Jordan! They were always polite, professional, and responsive to my inquiries. She took the time to show me multiple listings and provided helpful information along the way. I appreciated her efforts!

I highly recommend working with Jordyn! She is kind, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was in an urgent situation, and she did her very best to ensure that I was able to find a new place to live. I will absolutely be reaching out to her next time I need to move!

Jordyn was so lovely to work with! She is flexible, caring, and goes above and beyond for her clients.

Jordyn made navigating the NYC market and finding an apartment suited for us so much less stressful than previous agents I’ve worked with! She’s an excellent communicator and really cares for her clients. She made herself super accessible to my roommate and I, helping us through any confusion on our apartment search. Such a kind person, I thoroughly recommend Jordyn to anyone looking for an apartment in the city! She even took the time to travel along us while she was touring apartments with us. She really wants what’s best for her clients:)

Jordyn is just what we needed. My daughter had to find an apartment in the city for school and we had been through a number of agents. Jordyn is the only agent I came across that was willing to work with us in finding what we wanted. Other agents showed what they wanted to show without regard for location, condition nor budget. Jordyn has integrity and honesty, she did not create unnecessary anxiety making it seem like we would lose everything if we did not act that second. Jordyn seamlessly worked with us to find exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations in every way! Believe me, if this is your first rodeo in the big City, you need to meet Jordyn and her team, you will be in good hands. I consider her a friend

Jordyn is by far one of the best real estate agents I’ve worked with. She knew what I wanted, needed and could afford and provided me with exactly that. She was transparent, and available when I needed her too. Each apartment she showed was better than the last. Thank you so much Jordyn!! You’re AMAZING!!!
