Maroni, who grew up and returned to NYC's St. George on Staten Island, is a true New Yorker with a love of the City that drives her to be the outstanding agent she is. Before entering real estate, she trained with renowned sommelier Kevin Zraly at the Windows on the World Wine School, eventually becoming Kevin's assistant.. Her knowledge of vintages is still encyclopedic, and her expertise in real estate has dovetailed with the same drive for excellence that propelled her to the top echelons of the wine industry.
"Service is an art form," Maroni said. "My goal is to anticipate and be able to provide what the customer needs even before he or she asks for it." As a native New Yorker, she recognizes that finding a home in New York City is really a rite of passage. When not surpassing her client's needs and expectations, Jennifer enjoys the simple pleasures-a glass of wine, a bit of good bread, some cheese...and spending time with her Chihuahua Talullah.
