Juan is a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties with over a decade of experience in the industry and a lifelong connection to New York City. Born and raised in Queens, he developed an appreciation for the city's diverse neighborhoods, cultures, and communities long before entering real estate. His approach reflects his belief that real estate is as much an emotional decision as it is a financial investment, shaped by the people, culture, and surroundings that influence how people live.

Juan began his real estate career in Northeast Queens, working with clients in Whitestone, Bayside, and North Flushing, as well as Nassau County. Over the years, he has built experience serving clients with different backgrounds and property needs. He now brings that knowledge to New York City, where his familiarity with the boroughs and their distinct communities informs his understanding of the market.

With a background in sales dating back to 2007, Juan emphasizes building relationships, understanding clients' priorities, and finding common ground. Growing up in Queens exposed him to a wide range of perspectives, which he considers an important part of his ability to connect with people from different walks of life. Whether working with a longtime homeowner, a first-time buyer, or a corporate professional, he values open communication and a personal approach to each transaction.

Outside of real estate, Juan prioritizes spending time with his family and creating lasting memories with his children. He also enjoys boxing, basketball, and exploring New York's food scene. For Juan, success means being able to provide for his family while enjoying the work he does.
