James was fantastic. He went with me to look at the various apartment options. Once we saw a few, he had a better idea of what I was looking for and really worked hard to find something that I liked. Very perceptive - and a great guy. After a searching around (and having a few laughs at those apartments) he helped me find the perfect place.

James was great - really quick in responding to my questions and he helped me find my apartment within a week or so! Worked with him twice since moving here to New York and both times he was responsive, quick and friendly in helping me navigate through the rental process.

James is great to work with. I've lived in Manhattan 6 years and this was my 4th move. I went to Bond because I liked them when I found my 1st apartment through them. The broker I worked with before is no longer there, and I ended up working with James. It isn't easy to find exactly what you want within your set budget - in the middle of winter, which is when I was looking to move. James was patient (took me 3 months to find what I liked) and walked me through endless apartments and processes. He knows the city, buildings, budget limitations and won't lie to you. Whenever I found a listing (or 20) online, he would look it up for me, even if it was exclusive and he wouldn't make any commission from them. I don't think I was the easiest client, being rather picky, sometimes indecisive and asking to meet at all hours of day and night to accommodate my schedule.
